This is a beautiful country home in a peaceful area and perfect if you are looking for quiet country living. It has new windows and a new metal roof. Sunset Drive only has 2 homes on it. One is ours and the other is the Thompson's about 1/8 of a mile up the road. Our house is on the north end of Sunset Drive. Google maps does not seem to pinpoint it correctly. The closest neighbor is across the county road where Sunset Drive starts. Both are great neighbors.
What I love about the home
The house has 10 ft ceilings and a beautiful interior. The 4.65 acres is almost completely flat. The soil is the rich, darker soil that made and keeps Forest Home a farming community. We have several mature pecan trees on the property and property lines as well as some young (but established) apple trees, plum trees, pear trees, peach trees, blueberry bushes and Satsuma trees. There are also 3 mature oaks providing shade for the house and yard. For the ladies, there are camellia bushes, azalea bushes, a tulip tree, a young blooming pear and a very large magnolia tree.

We have invested over $80,000 in remodeling since we moved here in 2004

Property
The 4.65 acres is almost completely flat. The soil is the rich, darker soil that made and keeps Forest Home a farming community. We have several mature pecan trees on the property and property lines as well as some young (but established) apple trees, plum trees, pear trees, peach trees, blueberry bushes and Satsuma trees. A treeline surrounds most of the property giving you some measure of privacy as well as a host of blooming trees and plants.

A large part of the 4.65 acres is fenced in with barb wire fencing and gates allowing horses or a few cattle to be an immediate option.

ATV riding and shooting sports are also some of the activities that can be enjoyed here.
